Condition: Fresh and RARE set of 7 unissued stamps with original PF cert for the 10 cent value as shown... The PF spent months deliberating whether these were postally used or a favor cancel and made the determination of contemporary favor cancel as per the cert... I sent one item as a proxy for the other used stamps in the set (the 1st 4 are cancelled and I cannot confimr such on the 3 highest values), OG on the top 2 values as shown...

A rare find missing from most collections.. I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store.

I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the'ideal' stamp for me.
