Condition: Fresh, OG/hinged with original APS cert... Unlisted and unpriced in the Scott specialized catalog... The only mint stamp from the 17mm series listed is the most common stamp, the CO11, for which the mint stamp is priced in italics as it almost never comes to market...

The Scott specialized catalog values this as a 15x premium to the used stamp... Possibly a unique stamp on the market and a show piece to a world class collection.. I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between.
