Condition: Fresh, no gum as issued with original PSE Cert as shown... This is a sound stamp that lacks some freshness... The thought that the previous student wanted an opinion on a'cancel' on a rare special printing specimen stamp is beyond me... See cert and pics for presentation and details.. Please note that most of these special printings were scissor separated (See Scott Specialized notations reporting this)..
