Condition: Wonderful and rare run of 1947 Republic of Philippines internal revenue plate # blocks OG/NH as shown... This corresponds to Barefoot catalog issue of 1947... These are rarities to have any plate # on them, let alone a couple of plate blocks with largely complete #'s... A couple of trivial issues that do not detract as shown... Ready for your exhibit and/or collection...
